Banking & payment protection module 1154

• Released on July 12, 2019
• Added support for the following Google Chrome extensions: Roboform 8.5.9.6, LastPass 4.30.0.2, 1Password 4.7.5.90

• Released on July 12, 2019
• Disabled upgrade notifications for consumer v.10+ users running on Windows XP
