  • These are email messages containing information about the status of a subscriber’s license to Dr.Web software (hereinafter — Software), about attempts to use the license illegally, and about the status of the subscriber’s Dr.Web Anti-virus service balance; the messages can also contain responses to user requests submitted to Doctor Web’s support service or to a Doctor Web partner’s support service, and other Dr.Web Anti-virus service subscriber support-related messages.
