You can update your credit card information by signing in to your account.

For China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan visit your Norton Store to update your credit card information.

When your subscription is due for renewal, and if the credit card information in your account is outdated, we send you a notification to update your credit card. You can also update your credit card information by clicking on the notification.

Update your credit card information

  1. Sign in to your account.

    If you do not remember your account password, then click Forgot password? and follow the on-screen instructions to recover your lost password.

    To update your email address, password and other personal information, read Update your account settings.

  2. In the My Account page, click Billing Information.
  3. Depending on your situation, do one of the following:
  4. If you already have the card details saved, click the Edit icon next to your card and type in any information that you want to update.
  5. If you don’t have any cards saved to your account, fill in the required information.
  6. Click Save.

    “Update successful” message is displayed when you save the changes. A notification email is also sent to your registered email confirming the changes.

    If you are unable to update the credit card information from your account, contact Member Services & Support.

Country not listed when editing the billing information

  • The Country field’s list under Billing Information varies depending on the country selected in the account. This is usually selected at the time of account creation.

    If the Country field was not set or set incorrectly in the account, update personal information address field to correct country.
