Might I encounter performance issues when mounting large volumes of TrueCrypt containers or disks? (Avira Mac)

Please be aware that mounting large disk or container volumes (several hundred MBs) created with TrueCrypt can take a long time with Avira Antivirus for Mac installed. Mounting smaller volumes should not pose a problem.
