You can add and modify the list of email addresses that receive alerts when sensors find broad context detections.

- Log in to the portal with your email address and password.
The Home view opens.

- Select the … item from the navigation menu.
- From the drop-down list that opens, select Settings.
- Under Alert emails, in the Enter recipient for alert emails field, enter recipients for the alerts.
To add more addresses, separate each address with a comma (,).
Note: You can use the scope selector to limit alerts. If you are at the company level scope, added recipients receive alerts only about that company specific broad context detections. In the partner level scope, added recipients receive alerts for all managed companies.
- Select Save and apply to take the new settings into use.
