New intelligent devices such as TVs, thermostats or baby monitors have found their way into our homes. Most of them are hard-wired and cannot run security software, which in turn limits security, but on the other hand, they send a lot of data about their users’ online lives.
Avira SafeThings uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to detect anomalies in the behavior of smart devices, intercepting cyberattacks, unauthorized remote access, malware, and other threats.
Avira has developed a limited number of routers, which are currently sold out. Due to the demand and the constantly growing problem with unsecured devices, we have entered into a partnership with TP-Link to provide customers around the world IoT (Internet of things) security in Avira’s quality.
