[Solved] Adding a vulnerability to an existing ticket (F-Secure) - BEST Antivirus KBS : Largest Anti-Malware Knowlegde Base and Support

You can add vulnerabilities to an existing ticket on the Vulnerabilities page, as well as from the results of a system scan or web scan.

1. On the Vulnerabilities page, click the Actions button for the vulnerability that you want to add and select Add to existing ticket.
2. Select the ticket that you want to add the vulnerability to from the drop-down menu.
3. Select the vulnerability on the list, then click Add.

The ticket opens, with the new vulnerability included in either the Vulnerabilities on hosts or Vulnerabilities on sites list, depending on its type.
