Scenario: While accessing any application, you may receive the application error 0x000005c after installing K7. This may be because of multiple Anti-virus enabled in the system.
Steps to follow:
- Disable K7 from the taskbar/show hidden icons.
- If you are unable to find the K7 icon, boot the system in safe mode.
- Uninstall another anti-virus from the control panel and boot it in normal mode.
- If the issue persists, Remove K7 and send the diag report to proceed further.
