This topic provides information about the renewing of your FREEDOME VPN subscription.
When you renew your FREEDOME VPN subscription, note that you can enter the new account ID at earliest 60 days before your current subscription expires. Until then the account ID field will not be available in the user interface.
If you enter the new account ID before the subscription has expired, the remaining days of your current subscription will be added to your new subscription. In other words, you won’t lose any days of your current subscription.
